Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- • Missing parts or accessories

- • Items returned after 7 days
- • Used or damaged by customer
- • Missing original packaging
- • Perishable or consumable goods
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order ID and photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review and approve the return request within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back using the provided return label, or we'll arrange a pickup.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as wallet credit — whichever you prefer.
- • Online payment: Refund to original card/bank — 5–7 business days
- • Wallet credit: Instant upon approval
- • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or wallet
Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we'll bear the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
