• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
• Payment must be completed at checkout for online orders.
• For COD orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery.
• We use Razorpay for secure payment processing. Card details are never stored on our servers.

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible with your order ID. Eligible cancellations will be refunded as per our refund policy.

Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Wallet balance may be used for purchases on our platform. We reserve the right to revoke wallet credits if fraudulent activity is detected.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and software — is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
